**BUILDERS AND REALTORS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO APPROVE BUILDING PLANS! ONLY THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE PINE MILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE BUILDING PLANS.
The approval process is simple, submit your plans to the board via mail at the address below or via email using the link toward the bottom of the page that says “Email PMHOA.” All home buildings, out buildings, and other structures must be approved by the board. Thank you! We appreciate your friendly compliance.

Meetings
We have returned to in person meetings at the common lot by the basketball court. Meetings are in April and October. Signage will be placed in the neighborhood ahead of the meeting dates.
